It is our policy to return all security deposits either in person
or by mail at an address you provide within 30 days (based on PA state law) after the expiration of your lease. If
any deductions are made because the home is damaged or not sufficiently clean -- they will be explained
in writing.
Basically, we expect you to leave your rental home in the same condition
it was when you moved in. Several months before your lease expires we will provide a detailed list of of our vacating procedures
(i.e. cleaning, trash & furniture removal, etc.).
The following chart provides a list of specific charges for items not
addressed by the tenant(s) before vacating.
